Amidst the nationwide covid shut-down, in the lead up and during Christmas, neat were tasked with designing and implementing a retail continuity solution that was interactive, covid-safe and that could share as much Christmas cheer, albeit virtually this year. ELFie with Santa was born, a solution that allowed shoppers to feature as the star in a digital Christmas video that could be sent to family and friends or shared on social.
